Established in 2012 and based in Eastbourne, South East Painting & Decorating is led by Oli and works on interior and exterior projects across Sussex and Kent. We have experience of substantial decorating work and know that a quality finish depends on the decisions made before the first coat goes on.
Our role is to understand your vision, explain what the job requires and give the work the time and attention it deserves.

Can you help us choose colours and paint?
Yes, during your consultation, we’ll discuss the look you want, the light in your rooms and how different colours and finishes may work in your home. We’re open to different paint brands and will explain what we recommend for your surfaces and the result you have in mind.
Do you take on whole home decorating projects?
Yes. We enjoy planning and delivering substantial projects, particularly when you want the rooms to feel connected. Tell us which spaces are involved so we can discuss the scope, sequence and timing.
How long will the decorating take?
That depends on the size of the property, the condition of the surfaces, the preparation required and the finish you choose. We will discuss the programme after we have seen the space and understood the work, so you know what to expect before it begins.
Can we stay in our home while you work?
Often, yes, although it depends on which rooms are being decorated and how much preparation is needed. We will talk through access and the order of work so you can plan around the parts of your home that may be temporarily out of use.
Do you work outside Eastbourne?
Yes. We are based in Eastbourne and work across Sussex and Kent. We can discuss suitable projects elsewhere in the South East on a case by case basis.
How do you keep dust to a minimum while decorating?
We know that having work done in your home can raise concerns about dust. We use a dustless system during preparation and protect the surrounding areas, helping to keep your home as dust free as possible while we work. Our team treats your property with care, and South East Painting & Decorating is fully insured for added peace of mind.
